Vivek Kumar

I'm a Mechanical Engineer by training, a production leader by experience, and an app builder & mentor by choice. Over 9 years at UFlex Limited, JPFL Films and GLS Polyfilms I led teams and guided 450+ professionals, owned production planning, process control, quality and cost — delivering record output and near-zero critical defects.

I am currently freelancing full-time: building practical apps for the packaging industry and beyond, and offering one-to-one mentorship via Mentor App by VKS (AI tools, Excel, career skills, freelancing, personal finance and more).

Every calculator, every app, and every mentoring session is rooted in real plant-floor problems I solved myself. VKS Tech is the home for all of it.
